Payment is due at the completion of service prior to the collection of the pet.
Payment may be by any of the following:-

• Cash;
• Credit Card/Debit Card ( Mastercard or Visa);
• Eftpos;
• Direct Credit into our Bank account;
• Cheque by prior arrangement.

Payment for boarding customers left at Veterinary Practices must be made direct to Best Friends prior to collection.
     
Payment for customers utilizing Airport Undercover Security Parking Services must be made direct to Best Friends prior to collection.
     
Please note with the exception of contracted services to Removal Organizations and Government Departments we do NOT run Accounts.
